Courtesy call to the Ministry of Higher Education of Uzbekistan

Prof. Aizawa joined The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship and visited Tashkent. As a part of this visit, he made a courtesy call to the Ministry of Higher Education in Uzbekistan. Building looked innovative and discussion with international professors there would be meaningful. Uzbekistan seemed to put emphasis on human resource development and further expansion of logistics.
